Wii FIt

This is my new FAVORITE toy:





Hubbie bought it this morning and I am slightly addicted.........
It's a lot of fun, and not a bad workout. It keeps track of my weight, my BMI, and my workout time. So far I have been skiing, ski-jumping, boxing, running, hula hooping, some yoga and strength training. With the freezing cold weather we have been having here lately- it's a perfect solution for an indoor workout. I have to admit I enjoy a more 'vigorous' workout but I can definitely feel the soreness in my legs from the games played today.

  1. Me too, me too! I've just started using the Wii Fit. I hope it works well, because there aren't many types of exercise that I enjoy. We'll have to compare notes in the future.

  2. My husband and I are "borrowing" a Wii from his dad. If we're borrowing it for a while, I'm thinking about looking into getting a Wii Fit. Can you run on the balance board?

  3. You can't run on the Wii board but you can put the Wii remote in your back pocket and run. It's actually a lot of fun! The movement of the remote while you run causes your Mii to run on the screen through a course. Good luck! Let me know what you think of it!
