So I know we are not 'officially' starting our weigh in's until next week but I decided to still do mine this morning anyway. I am happy to report a weigh loss of.....(drum roll).... 4 pounds!!!
I was so excited! Before stepping on I felt positive I would see some sort of weight loss but didn't want to jinx myself to bad by talking about it-lol. I don't know about all of you but when I see a reduction on the scale I get a whole new vibe of energy throughout me to stay focused for the upcoming week!
This was the motivation I needed to continue on!
WEEKLY WRAP-UP: This week I have been sticking to about 1400 calories a day, worked out 30 -45 minutes 5 of the 7 days and I also stopped eating after 8 p.m. at night (this was HUGE)- any other night eaters out there?

ReplyDeleteWay to go on the weight loss. I also have lost 4 lbs. I am a night time eater. I am still having a few problems with that but hopefully I will get back to my regular schedule of sleeping and I won't want to eat past 7. Have a great weekend.
